Garden Fun
We went to the lovely Botanical Gardens of Fort Worth for a picnic today. We brought 'Jack in the Box,' a blanket and balls to play. It was fun!
As the kids played with either Joshua or I, Abrianna sat in our laps and watched. She is coming more alive everyday. I can see it in her eyes, "I want to run and play too."
We were told by a lady in uniform that balls were not aloud at the Gardens. This we were not aware of, so we put the balls in the stroller and continued our journey through the flowers. Sarah had a good time pointing to all the signs. As if we came to look at the black and white signs and not the colorful garden. :)
Sarah failed to point our the sign that said no climbing trees before it was too late! This is a great picture thought.
Look at this cute picture of Daddy and his 2 girls. He's showing them the turtles that are in the pond.
Caleb is standing by me... you can see his red shirt and elbow. That is about all the camera could get of Caleb today. He is so active. Wanting to see the next thing faster than we've seen the first. The flowers were not that interesting to him. He found every rock and stick that was on the path!
We had fun. Picnics have been a fav thing for us to do lately. The weather has been good for it. Soon it will be days of finding inside fun with the Texas heat.
